🛻 By Car

Villeneuve-la-Garenne is located about 10 km north of central Paris.
From Paris, take the A86 or the Boulevard Périphérique, following signs to Villeneuve-la-Garenne / Gennevilliers.
Once in town, follow Avenue du Vieux Chemin de Saint-Denis to reach the gym.
There is usually street parking or small local lots nearby.

Uber, Bolt and Free Now are available throughout the Paris region.


By Train / Public Transport

Villeneuve-la-Garenne is well connected to the Paris region public transport network (RATP & Île-de-France Mobilités).

  1. From central Paris:
    Take RER D or Transilien H to Gare de Saint-Denis.
    From there, you can take Bus 137, direction Asnières – Gennevilliers Gabriel-Péri, and get off at Zone Industrielle Nord.
    The gym is just a 2-minute walk from this stop.

    ⏱ Approximate total journey: 35–45 minutes from central Paris.

  2. Alternative:
    Tram T1 (direction Asnières – Gennevilliers Les Courtilles) also serves the area — get off at Parc des Chanteraines and walk about 15 minutes to the gym.

By Plane

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

  • By car/taxi: Approx. 30 minutes (€35 – €40).
  • By train: Take RER B toward Paris, change at Gare du Nord to RER D or Transilien H, direction Saint-Denis.
    Then take Bus 137 to Zone Industrielle Nord.
    ⏱ Approximate total journey: 60–70 minutes.

From Orly Airport (ORY)

  • By car/taxi: Approx. 40 minutes (€40 – €50).
  • By public transport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, then RER B to Gare du Nord.
    From there, transfer to RER D / Transilien H toward Saint-Denis, and continue as above.
    ⏱ Approximate total journey: 75–90 minutes.
