To complete your team registration, please follow these 3 steps:

1. Team information: Fill out the form below with accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Payment: Once you have filled out the form, its necessary to proceed with the payment to secure your team’s spot in the tournament.
3. Confirmation: An email will be sent by us confirming your registration and payment to participate in the tournament

Each team must complete their own registration. If a club is participating with multiple teams or divisions, each team must complete an individual registration .
