1. Organizer

IIHS International Inline Hockey Series, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Switzerland, is the entity responsible for the administration and organization of this Giveaway (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are established to define and regulate the rules governing participation in the Giveaway, as well as the rights and obligations of the participants and the Organizer.

 

2. Platform

The Giveaway will be conducted exclusively through the official Instagram account @iihshockey (hereinafter, the “Official Account”). No other accounts, pages, or profiles are authorized to represent or carry out actions related to this Giveaway. The Organizer shall not be responsible for communications or messages sent by unofficial or impersonating accounts. Participants are expressly advised not to respond to messages from any account other than the Official Account regarding this Giveaway or its results.

 

3. Eligibility

The selection of the winner will be carried out through the AppSorteos platform, which ensures a random and impartial draw among all eligible participants. To guarantee full transparency, the Organizer will publish a video recording of the draw process on its official channels. The use of AppSorteos ensures that the selection is performed objectively and without any preferential treatment or bias toward any participant.

 

4. Participation Period & Method

The participation period for the Giveaway will begin on November 5, 2025, at 00:01 (CET) and will end on November 26, 2025, at 23:59 (CET), providing a total of three (3) weeks for eligible participants to enter.

Any entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered valid and will be automatically excluded from the Giveaway.

Participation will be accepted exclusively through the official Instagram account @iihshockey. Entries received through any other means, channels, or platforms will not be recognized or accepted.

To validly participate in the Giveaway, each user must “like” the official giveaway post published on the Organizer’s Instagram account @iihshockey and mention another user in the comments of the same post.

Each comment will count as one (1) valid entry, provided that the mentioned user is not repeated in other comments made by the same participant. Duplicate mentions of the same person by the same participant will not be considered additional entries.

 

5. Product Details

The prize consists of one (1) official IIHS hoodie. The winner will have the opportunity to choose the color and size of the hoodie, subject to the availability of stock at the time the selection is made. In the event that the preferred color or size is unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to offer an alternative option of equivalent value and characteristics.

 

6. Announcement

The winner will be announced through an Instagram Story published on the Organizer’s official account @iihshockey, in which the winner’s username will be mentioned.

The winner will have a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the time of publication to contact the Organizer and confirm acceptance of the prize.

If the winner does not respond within the established period, the Organizer reserves the right to contact the alternate winner or the next eligible participant on the list, following the same notification procedure.

 

7. Shipping

The Organizer will cover shipping costs exclusively for deliveries within Spain and France.
 For winners residing outside these territories, the Organizer may offer the following alternatives:

  • The winner may collect the prize in person at the next official IIHS tournament or event, or

  • The winner may designate another person who meets the participation requirements to receive the prize on their behalf.

Any additional shipping costs or arrangements outside Spain and France shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
