Once upon a time, a group of passionate inline hockey players and enthusiasts came together with a shared dream: to create an organization dedicated to promoting and developing their beloved sport.
These individuals were determined to make their vision a reality and thus, in 2022, the IIHS International Inline Hockey Series was born. The organization was founded by an interdisciplinary team of professionals who were committed to creating a structured and competitive platform for inline hockey players, teams, and fans.
Their mission was clear: to foster the growth of inline hockey on a global scale by organizing diverse events where all stakeholders in the sport could participate in a structured, organized, and competitive manner. This included players, clubs/teams, coaches, managers, and game officials, who would all be able to come together to showcase their skills and passion for the sport.
The IIHS was dedicated to operating in accordance with their own regulations, guidelines, and rules, while also following the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) Inline Hockey Official Rulebook. They were determined to create a world-class organization that would help propel inline hockey to new heights of popularity and recognition.
The team at IIHS was comprised of experts from both inside and outside the sport, including players, coaches, managers, and other professionals. They were united by a common vision for the future of inline hockey and were committed to making it a success.
Through their passion for the sport and their commitment to excellence, the IIHS set out to make a name for themselves in the world of inline hockey. They were determined to create a platform that would allow the sport to shine, and they were willing to do whatever it took to make that happen.
And so, the IIHS began its journey, with the hope of inspiring a new generation of inline hockey players and fans all around the world. They knew that it wouldn’t be easy, but with their determination and dedication, they were ready to take on the challenge and make their dreams a reality.
